Every brand has a story. Ours began with a mother who wanted to build a business without giving up what mattered most—her family.

Li 2020, Annie, the founder of Makeswimwear, decided to start her own company while taking care of her children. Like many mothers, she wanted to create a career that gave her both purpose and flexibility, while still allowing her to be present for the important moments in her children’s lives.

Starting a business while raising a family was not always easy. There were challenges, long days and countless decisions to make. But Annie’s experience in international business and her passion for manufacturing gave her the confidence to take the first step.

What started as a small business gradually developed into a professional swimwear manufacturing company.
